Welcome Fall and Summer 2013 New Graduate Students! Below is a link to the Entomology New Student Information Guide. In the guide you will find information about housing, Madison, orientation, benefits, enrollment, etc. This guide is intended to be a general overview of program requirements. Orientation
We will have two orientation events, if students are unable to attend they must notify Sara by August 15th.
- New Student Orientation,Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 9:00 am in Room A228 Russell Labs – this session will provide a general overview of funding, benefits, degree requirements, e-reimbursement, building and IT resources, Steenbock Library, and a lunch with current student representatives and faculty members; a continental breakfast will also be provided
- Benefits Sign-up Session, Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 9:30 am in Room A120 Russell Labs – this session is for students funded through Entomology and will give students a chance to sign-up for their benefits, Sheila Timme and other HR staff will be on hand to answer questions
Students who begin their funding in Summer 2013 need to contact Sheila Timme (608-263-4520) to set up their benefits when they arrive.
