The objectives of this conference are to demonstrate the effectiveness of biological control through examples; to document the importance of biological control in developing IPM programs and sustainable land use; and to identify major problems in implementing biological control. Fourteen half-day workshops exemplifying the theme "technology transfer in biological control" will be held. Registration fees are 1,000 French Francs before April 30; 1,400 FF after May 1, 1996. Single day registration is available for 500 FF (exchange rate at press time was US$1 = 4.89 FF). Official language is English.
